Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisor role
• Successful completion of all required background screenings

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as Manager On Duty to maximize sales and service.
• Oversee merchandising plan and store standards.
• Train and develop Associates and Leads.
• Ensure security practices and cash handling procedures.
• Communicate effectively with staff via daily briefings.
