Qualifications

• Age 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Successful completion of required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead with ownership every shift as Manager On Duty, aligning with the management team.
• Drive sales and service by guiding category teams on the floor.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment where associates and customers thrive.
• Oversee merchandising plan execution and maintain store standards.
• Coach and develop Associates and Leads to build leadership.
