Job summary

Greystar in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction from application to lease signing and renewal.

This onsite role requires 1–2 years of leasing or sales experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with leasing software. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; hourly pay with bonus potential is offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screen credits.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-ins and signings.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
