Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Design and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases and renewals.
