Job summary

Greystar in San Jose is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a 268-unit community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare leases and move-in packages.

The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and a flexible Tue-Sat schedule, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and occupancy targets. Onsite software includes OneSite and Yardi.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years experience in leasing/sales.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure condition is ready, coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including online and referral programs.
