Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property leasing professional to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, aiming to maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, preparing lease packages, and ensuring smooth move-ins; plus marketing, resident renewals, and use of on-site software like OneSite or Yardi.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, and marketing coordination to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Familiarity with on-site management software such as OneSite or Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Monitor occupancy, drive marketing plans to sustain occupancy and manage concession programs.
• Coordinate lease renewals, prepare renewal letters and assist renewing residents.
• Ensure show units meet standards, communicate maintenance needs, and prepare the leasing office daily.
