Job summary

Greystar in Sunnyvale is seeking an Entry Level Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packets to achieve occupancy targets.

The role includes periodic marketing activities and quick response to resident inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include showing apartments, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting move-ins and renewals.

Qualifications

• Entry level position in property leasing and marketing.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals; greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours; process applications; run background checks; prepare lease and move-in packet.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in; ensure units are ready and coordinate with maintenance for needed items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follow policies for concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic; use internet tools; track leads and show units.
• Use property management software to track availability and leasing activities; manage resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; communicate upkeep needs to maintenance; prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals; send letters and packages; schedule renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and relay requests to appropriate teams.
