Job summary

Greystar in San Jose is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.

Schedule Tuesday through Saturday; 1–2 years of experience preferred; strong customer service

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing or sales experience.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and facilitate leasing.
• Screen credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Schedule showings and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Support renewal process with lease renewal letters and packages.
• Coordinate marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
