Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow company policies for concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities and leverages online tools to drive traffic.
• Uses OneSite/Yardi to track availability and data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and renewals to finalize lease decisions.
• Supports lease renewal process with letters and meetings.
• Responds to resident/owner questions and documents requests.
