Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents, ensuring a smooth move-in and lease signing.

The role requires handling show units to meet company standards and collaborating with maintenance. Bonus programs may apply based on performance and location.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to meet occupancy goals.
• Proven ability to market and lease a property.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing lease/move-in documents.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Monitors market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Executes marketing activities including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools; tracks traffic and leasing activities.
