Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in San Francisco to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy and revenue. You will conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents to ensure a smooth move-in and ongoing resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing experience with proficiency in OneSite and common office software. Schedule includes Mon, Fri, and Sat 9 AM–6 PM, with potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years of leasing experience
• Proficiency with OneSite, Knock, Word, Excel, and Outlook are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packets, and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using CraigsList, social media, email, and other channels.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors and coordinating upkeep.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to secure lease signings or renewals.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
• Respond quickly to resident or owner concerns and document requests.
