Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Boiler Operator to manage the Energy Center operations, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective production. You will monitor process parameters, operate DCS/PLC systems, and maintain logs while supporting QA, maintenance, and safety programs across the plant.

The role requires a Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher, proficiency with MS Office, and experience with CMMS.

Qualifications

• Requires State of Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work with computerized maintenance management system
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Preferred: two-year college/technical/vocational/military or 3 years work experience

Responsibilities

• Operate Energy Center on a 12-hour rotating shift while adhering to company policies
• Coordinate with other operators to maintain consistent operation across shifts
• Follow plant policies and procedures and keep a clean, organized plant
• Assist in maintaining and updating operating procedures and training manuals
• Work with plant DCS & PLC systems and take daily logs of equipment
• Support grain handling, shipping, and receiving areas as needed
• Participate in QA and plant maintenance programs as required
• Contribute to safety, health and environmental programs
