Job summary

Aspiring Talent Solutions is seeking a Boiler Operator to manage the Energy Center operations on a 12-hour rotating shift. The role focuses on maximizing production quality and ensuring safe, compliant operation of plant equipment.

The ideal candidate holds a Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher, with CMMS, DCS/PLC familiarity, and strong communication and time-management skills to support maintenance and QA processes across the plant.

Qualifications

• Must hold Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Energy Center on a 12-hour rotating shift to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective operation.
• Communicate regularly with team to maintain consistent operations across shifts.
• Follow plant policies and procedures and keep plant clean and organized.
• Maintain and update operating procedures and training manuals for process operations.
• Monitor plant operations using DCS/PLC systems and take daily logs of equipment.
