• Preferred minimum degree from a two-year college or technical/vocational school or military background or 3 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Energy Center on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective plant operation.
• Communicate regularly with operators to ensure consistency across shifts.
• Follow plant policies and procedures and maintain a clean, organized plant.
• Assist with maintenance, QA, and safety programs as required.
