Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Boiler Operator to manage the Energy Center operations on a 12-hour rotating shift. You will monitor processes, ensure safety and quality, and work closely with the maintenance and QA teams to uphold plant procedures.

The role requires a Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher, basic Microsoft Office skills, and experience with CMMS. A two-year technical degree is preferred, along with a background in military service or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a State of Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Preferred: two-year college/technical-vocational degree or military background or 3 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Energy Center equipment on a 12-hour rotating shift to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Communicate regularly with fellow operators to maintain consistent operations across shifts.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures and keep the plant clean and organized.
• Maintain and update operating procedures and training manuals for processes.
• Work with DCS/PLC systems and take daily logs of plant equipment.
