Qualifications
- Must hold Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher.
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with a computerized maintenance management system.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Preferred two-year college/technical degree or military background or 3 years work experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the Energy Center on a 12-hour rotating shift.
- Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective plant operation.
- Communicate across shifts to maintain consistent operation.
- Follow plant policies and keep the plant clean and organized.
- Maintain and update operating procedures and training materials.
- Work with DCS/PLC systems and take daily equipment logs.
- Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
- Support QA programs and maintain QA records.
- Assist with grain handling, shipping, and receiving areas.
