Job summary

Tupelo Honey - Chattanooga is seeking capable kitchen team members to help open or close the restaurant and oversee back-of-house operations. You will monitor line, prep, expo, and dish execution, ensuring recipes are followed and meals are prepared to standard.

We value safety, sanitation, and a collaborative team culture. A strong candidate has restaurant experience, at least 2 years in kitchen prep, and a minimum of 6 months in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the restaurant on a designated shift.
• Oversee BOH shift and ensure standards are met.
• Oversee BOH execution including line, prep, expo, and dish.
• Ensure recipe execution and adherence to recipe specs.
• Head the preparation of Tupelo Honey family meal.
• Maintain safety and sanitation per Steritech standards.
• Coach, train, and mentor line and expo staff.
• Support back of house leadership with BOH supervision.
