Tupelo Honey in Asheville, NC is seeking an experienced back‑of‑house leader to manage line, prep, expo and dish operations, ensuring quality and consistency.

You will open or close shifts, mentor staff, enforce safety and Steritech standards, and help prepare the Tupelo Honey family meal.

With 4+ years in a high‑volume kitchen and prior BOH management, you’ll join a fast‑paced, community‑minded brand that values service and advancement opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Previous restaurant experience mandatory.
• Previous BOH management experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for opening or closing the restaurant on a designated shift.
• Responsible for the oversight of BOH shift and ensuring all BOH operational standards are in place.
• Responsible for the oversight of BOH execution including line, prep, expo, and dish.
• Responsible for recipe execution and adherence to recipe specs.
• Heads the preparation of Tupelo Honey family meal.
• Responsible for safety and sanitation, adhering to Steritech standards.
• Responsible for performance management and training of line and expo.
• Responsible for supporting back of house leadership with BOH supervision; including coaching, counseling, discipline and overall mentorship of direct reports.
