Job summary

Tupelo Honey in Raleigh, NC is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily operations and uphold high standards of food quality and safety.

You will open or close, supervise BOH shift, oversee line, prep, expo and dish, ensure recipe execution, prepare Tupelo Honey family meal, and mentor staff while maintaining Steritech sanitation standards. This role offers growth in a fast-growing hospitality brand with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen prep and cooking experience.
• Experience in a similar capacity preferred (6+ months).
• Ability to lead and train line cooks and expo staff.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the restaurant on a designated shift.
• Oversee BOH shift and ensure operational standards.
• Oversee BOH execution including line, prep, expo, and dish.
• Ensure recipe execution and adherence to specs.
• Head the preparation of Tupelo Honey family meal.
• Maintain safety and sanitation per Steritech standards.
• Manage and mentor BOH staff; coach, counsel, discipline as needed.
• Support back of house leadership with supervision.
