Job summary

Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar is seeking a hospitality-minded individual for floor leadership and guest experience oversight. You will apply menu and recipe knowledge while guiding shifts and ensuring accurate POS transactions, delivering exceptional service at busy service times.

Applicants should have strong math skills, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to teamwork in a fast-paced dining environment. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in FOH service environment as service or management personnel.
• Must possess a positive, proactive, constructive teamwork attitude.
• Possess good math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, employees, guests and purveyors at all business volume levels.
