Tupelo Honey - Downtown Asheville is seeking an experienced Back-of-House (BOH) manager to lead a high-volume kitchen, ensure safety, quality, and timely execution of menus, and mentor a team across line, prep, expo and dish stations.

This role includes opening/closing duties, adherence to Steritech standards, staff coaching, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing hospitality brand.

Qualificações

• Previous restaurant experience is mandatory.
• BOH management experience preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for opening or closing the restaurant on a designated shift.
• Responsible for the oversight of BOH shift and ensuring all BOH operational standards are in place.
• Responsible for the oversight of BOH execution including line, prep, expo, and dish.
• Responsible for recipe execution and adherence to recipe specs.
• Heads the preparation of Tupelo Honey family meal.
• Responsible for safety and sanitation, adhering to Steritech standards.
• Responsible for performance management and training of line and expo.
• Responsible for supporting back of house leadership with BOH supervision; including coaching, counseling, discipline and overall mentorship of direct reports.
