Job summary

West Marine is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers select boating products. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, share product knowledge, and process transactions at the register.

You will also support inventory tasks, pricing, displays, and promotions, maintain a clean store, and assist with BOPIS or other services as needed. Prior retail or boating experience is a plus; a high school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
