The role emphasizes merchandise familiarity, accurate pricing, and a clean, organized store environment while supporting BOPIS and ship-from-store options. Flexible schedule is required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous boating and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
• Understand customer needs and suggest product options.
• Provide detailed product information and suggestive selling.
• Assist customers in selecting products and direct to aisles.
• Inform customers about services and special orders.
• Handle cash, credit, and returns accurately at the register.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signage on displays.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and replenishment.
• Keep sales floor neat and safe; manage hazards.
• Support BOPIS and store pickup/shipping as needed.
• Escalate potential security or loss issues to management.
