Job summary

West Marine is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive positive shopping experiences. You will help customers identify needs, provide expert product recommendations, and process transactions while keeping displays organized and inviting.

The role requires strong communication, basic merchandising, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or boating experience is a plus.
