Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to hardware/software malfunctions during board meetings to maintain tech support.
• Attend board meetings for information gathering and support.
• Coordinate with district staff to complete projects and work orders efficiently.
• Operate livestream and public broadcast during meetings to ensure accessibility and professionalism.
• Ensure proper timing and execution of the public comment process in line with policy.
• Inspect equipment to identify repair needs and document results.
• Maintain livestream data for compliance and public access.
