Job summary

Dike-New Hartford Community School District is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to assist with technology operations and event production for district activities and athletics. This is an after-school/evening role with duties across LED/video boards, livestreaming, and event tech support.

The position involves training staff and students, coordinating with the Activities Director, and supporting game-day productions including drone operations.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to learn Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Interest in technology, livestreaming and event production.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and attend school activities/events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and create content for LED/video boards during home events.
• Assist with livestreaming, production software, and troubleshooting technology issues.
• Support track meet scoring and event camera setup/tear down.
• Assist with music playlists and game-day production for varsity football games.
• Operate district drone equipment.
• Provide training and support to staff and students as needed.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director on streaming and event technology systems.
