Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Associate's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, public administration, or related field preferred.
• One year of related experience in maintenance, installation, configuration, upgrades of hardware, software, and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for mobile devices (Tablets, Chromebooks, Laptops) and wireless connectivity.
• Troubleshoot LAN issues under guidance of Network Technicians.
• Assist in asset management from deployment to end of life.
• Troubleshoot VOIP phones, paging, and intercoms under supervision.
• Set up and install audio/visual equipment in classrooms or offices.
• Provide help desk support for hardware and software problems.
• Document problems and resolutions in the service request system.
• Coordinate service calls between providers and users.
