Northeast Behavioral Health is seeking a Full-Time ABA clinical leader in Arkansas to conduct assessments, oversee ABA services, and mentor RBTs in a hybrid schedule. The role offers strong base compensation and a robust bonus program, with relocation assistance for location flexibility.

Qualified candidates hold a BCBA/BCaBA or RBT in a graduate BCBA program, a Master’s degree in a related field, and active licensure where required.

Compensation:

• Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent)

Qualifications:

• Required: BCBA or BCaBAcertification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
• Master's degree (or higher)in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analyticcoursework
• Active certification andlicensure (where required)
