Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is recruiting for a full-time behavioral health role with a hybrid schedule. The position offers strong clinical support to deliver ABA services and empower clinicians with autonomy and dedicated supervision.

Locations include Avondale, Chandler, Surprise and Tucson East, AZ, with nationwide opportunities across AZ, CO, FL, MI, NC and TN. Compensation features a strong base salary plus monthly performance bonus, relocation assistance up to $20K, and

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification or RBT in graduate BCBA program.
• Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved coursework.
• Active certification and licensure where required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards.
