Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a qualified clinician to lead ABA services in a hybrid role based in Edmond, Oklahoma. The position offers strong base salary, relocation support, and opportunities to supervise RBTs and clinical staff while ensuring adherence to BACB and regulatory standards.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide oversight, and collaborate with families and care teams to deliver high-quality behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
• Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
• Active certification and licensure (where required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards
