Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is recruiting for a Full-Time Behavioral Health ABA clinician in Arkansas with a hybrid schedule.

The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and supervising RBTs within a growing behavioral health organization. Qualifications include BCBA/BCaBA or RBT in a graduate BCBA program, a relevant Master's degree, and active certification/licensure.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA/BCaBA certification or be an RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program.
• Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• Active certification and licensure as required by state or setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards.

Education

BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program

Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework

Active certification and licensure (where required)

Compensation:

• Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent)
