Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking ABAs for multiple Texas locations with a hybrid schedule and remote flexibility. The positions offer strong base salaries with a monthly performance bonus and relocation assistance where applicable.

Requirements include BCBA/BCaBA or RBT in BCBA program and a master's degree with approved coursework. You will conduct assessments, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Required BCBA/BCaBA or RBT in BCBA program.
• Master's degree with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• Active certification and licensure where required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards.

Education

BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT enrolled in BCBA program

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework

Active certification and licensure (where required)

Compensation:

• Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent)
