• BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT enrolled in a graduate BCBA program.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• Active certification/licensure where required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards.

• Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent)

Qualifications:

• Required: BCBA or BCaBAcertification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
• Master's degree (or higher)in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analyticcoursework
• Active certification andlicensure (where required)
