Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a licensed behavior analyst to join a growing ABA organization in a hybrid role across multiple Texas locations including Round Rock.

The successful candidate will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide clinical oversight, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families and care teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA or RBT enrollment in graduate program
• Master's degree with approved behavior-analytic coursework
• Active certification and licensure where required

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state standards

Compensation:

• Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent)

Qualifications:

• Required: BCBA or BCaBAcertification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
• Master\'s degree (or higher)in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analyticcoursework
• Active certification andlicensure (where required)
