Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a clinical supervisor for behavioral health across Texas locations, including Fort Worth.

This full-time, hybrid role supports ABA service delivery, conducts assessments, and develops individualized treatment plans while overseeing RBTs and staff with emphasis on family collaboration and regulatory adherence. Qualified applicants will hold BCBA/BCaBA certification or be enrolled as an RBT in a graduate BCBA program, have a master’s degree

Qualifications

  • Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
  • Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
  • Active certification and licensure (where required)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards

Compensation:

  • Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
  • Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent)
