Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a full-time behavioral health clinician to join a growing ABA organization. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the autonomy clinicians need, with strong leadership support to succeed.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams. Comprehensive benefits and relocation support are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification or RBT enrolled in graduate BCBA program.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved coursework.
• Active certification and licensure where required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards.
