Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is assisting a growing behavioral health organization in Texas that delivers ABA services.

This full-time role offers hybrid scheduling with remote flexibility and opportunities to lead clinical operations while mentoring RBTs and staff across multiple locations. The position requires BCBA/BCaBA or RBT in a graduate program, a master's degree in ABA or related field, and active licensure where required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• Active certification and licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards.
