Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is recruiting for a behavioral health organization in Texas seeking a BCBA/BCaBA or RBT graduate student to join as a leader in ABA services.

The role conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, provides supervision to clinicians, and mentors RBTs while collaborating with families and care teams to meet regulatory and payer standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification, or RBT enrolled in graduate BCBA program.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• Active certification and licensure (where required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards.

Compensation:

• Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent)
