Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a behavioral health professional to join a growing ABA organization offering hybrid work and strong clinical support.

The role emphasizes conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and providing supervision to RBTs and staff across multiple Texas locations. The position requires a Master’s degree in ABA/Psychology/Education, BCBA/BCaBA certification or active enrollment in a graduate BCBA program, and relevant licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• Active certification and licensure (where required).
• BCBA/BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards
