Job summary

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide clinical supervision of ABA services, and mentor RBTs while collaborating with families and care teams. Compensation:

Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent)

Qualifications:

Required: BCBA or BCaBAcertification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
Master\'s degree (or higher)in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analyticcoursework
Active certification andlicensure (where required)
