Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a BCBA/BCaBA-credentialed clinician for a full-time, hybrid role across multiple Texas locations.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized plans, and provide clinical oversight to ABA services, guiding RBTs and staff within a compliant care framework. You will collaborate with families and care teams, ensure regulatory and payer standards are met, and participate in professional development and supervision to

Qualifications

• Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
• Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
• Active certification and licensure (where required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards
