Job summary

Amteck is hiring a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end building automation projects, from design through handover. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery across complex facilities.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services, with strong knowledge of BMS platforms and control systems. Travel to sites will be required and the team emphasizes collaboration and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction or building services with BMS/controls experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage multi-stakeholder teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and relevant certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Project and building management systems software.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee design reviews, installation, commissioning, and handover of BMS.
• Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead FAT/SAT/IST testing and manage project closeout documentation.
• Monitor project financials, change orders, and billing support.
