Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors, and ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years in PM for construction or building services with BMS exposure, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to travel to sites as needed. Reports to the VP of Electrical Service.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services, with BMS/control systems.
• Deep technical knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and integration with HVAC, lighting, security, electrical, and fire systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred; PMP/PRINCE2/BMS certifications advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; adaptable under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and system integration to comply with codes and specs.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; lead meetings and vendor negotiations.
• Identify risks and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; manage FAT, SAT, and IST activities.
• Oversee project financials, changes, forecasting, and billing support.
