Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover, ensuring schedule, budget, quality and safety compliance.

The role requires 3-5+ years in PM for BMS/control systems, experience with data centers, and relevant engineering degree plus PMP/BCIA where possible. Travel to sites will be needed; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services, with BMS/control systems focus.
• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred; PMP/BCIA/PRINCE2 advantageous.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities (data centers) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and FAT/SAT/IST activities.
• Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage risk, quality, safety compliance, and documentation.
• Lead project closeout and handover to operations; support billing and change orders.
