Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building management system projects. You will supervise design, installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services and a strong BMS/EPMS technical background. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction/building services.
• BMS/EPMS domain experience is required or highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BMS certs are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables for BMS/EPMS projects.
• Oversee design reviews, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Manage risk, quality, and safety compliance on site.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project closeout activities.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, and change orders.
