Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover. You will manage schedules, budgets, and stakeholders, ensuring safety and quality throughout the process.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of BMS platforms, control systems, and integration with HVAC, security, and electrical systems; travel to sites is expected and coordination with multiple teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction/building services with BMS experience.
• Experience with BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BMS certs advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage client, contractor, and vendor communications and meetings.
