Job summary

Amteck is hiring a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation systems projects, from design through handover.

You will coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and vendors, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards. The role requires 3–5+ years in PM within construction or building services and strong BMS knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services, with strong BMS/control systems background.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and system integration with HVAC, lighting, security, electrical, and fire systems.
• Manage clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; lead coordination meetings and vendor negotiations.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead FAT, SAT, and IST; manage closeout with as-built drawings and operation manuals; handover to operations teams.
• Oversee project financials including forecasting, margin analysis, and change orders.
