Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover. You will coordinate design reviews, installation, commissioning, testing, and closeout with clients, general contractors, engineers, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in project management within building services or data centers, strong knowledge of BMS platforms, and PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA credentials. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Strong background in BMS and control systems; data center experience is a plus.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets; familiarity with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, objectives, and deliverables; manage schedules and resources.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee BMS design, installation, and commissioning per specs and codes.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate with clients, GC, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks and ensure safety and QA compliance.
• Testing & Handover: Lead FAT/SAT/IST and ensure complete documentation for operations handover.
• Financial Management: Oversee costs, forecasting, margin analysis, and change orders.
