Job summary

Amteck seeks a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end building automation projects, from design through handover. You will coordinate design, installation, commissioning, and documentation while ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in BMS/controls, strong vendor and stakeholder management, and a background in data centers or mission-critical facilities. Willingness to travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• End-to-end delivery of BMS/EPMS projects from design through handover.
• Experience with building automation systems and control strategies.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, and budgets; manage resources.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, and commissioning.
• Lead FAT, SAT, and IST, ensuring proper documentation handover.
