Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building management system projects. You will oversee design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover, coordinating multiple stakeholders across engineering and operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in PM for BMS/building services, with experience in data centers or mission-critical environments, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction/building services with BMS focus.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys).
• Engineering degree; PMP/PRINCE2/BMS certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead FAT/SAT/IST and project handover with all documentation.
• Manage project financials including cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
